We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • The item must be in resalable condition with all tags, accessories, and invoice included

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Used or installed products
  • Damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products without original packaging

Once your returned product is picked up and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding approval/rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from the return pickup date

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer or UPI (for Cash on Delivery orders)

We offer free replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item delivered

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.

For other reasons, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
