Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is successfully placed and another notification when it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners including Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Delhivery, and BlueDart.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take slightly longer or may be cancelled with a full refund.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas / North-East / J&K: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier network, location, or festive periods.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required! 🎉

  • No additional handling or COD fees are charged at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email with courier and tracking details.

  • You can also track your shipment anytime through the “Track Order” page on Pixaflo.in.

6. Order Delays & Non-Delivery

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team with your order ID.

  • If the courier returns your parcel due to an incomplete address or repeated failed attempts, we can reship the order upon confirmation.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • In the rare case of receiving a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand international shipping options soon.
